CEDARAPIDS 4248 PLANT: Never Run!

a) CEDARAPIDS 52"x24' Vibrating Grizzly Feeder (VGF) with two(2) 60" long stepped grizzly sections (5" nominal spacing), AR liners, & feed hopper assembly. Grizzly bypass chute to transfer material passing through grizzly sections to crusher discharge area.

b) CEDARAPIDS 4248 Overhead Eccentric Single toggle Jaw Crusher with grease lubricated spherical, self-aligning roller bearings for pitman and side bearings.

c) 300HP Jaw Power, 1200 RPM, TEFC 460/3/60 HZ electric motor, manually adjustable motor base support, V-belts & drive guards.

d) Feeder Power 50 HP Variable Speed Eddy Current Drive with motor, motor pivot base, V-belts & Control. Skid-mounted controls, mount on for travel, removed for ground operation.

e) Operator's platform with access ladder, walkways and supports.

f) Heavy Duty Chassis Frame w/all components mounted on all steel trailer frame complete w/steel legs to grade (height of legs to provide area to clean under UC conveyor.

g) One(1) 16" wide ROCK BOX style dump hopper to be mounted above the VGF, heavy duty plate & independently supported down to ground.

h) 48" wide x 100' long Heavy Duty Under Crusher Conveyor (UC), front discharge, w/ 3 ply rubber belting & under crusher positioned slider bed for impact absorption.
